The rules are simple for the VTG Cleanse: 
DO 
✅ Check in for juice and raw vegan cleansing recipes with video guides along your 14-day journey
✅ Consume JUICES ONLY for the first seven days; 1-7
✅ Introduce RAW VEGAN PRODUCE the remaining seven days; 8-14  
✅ Herbal teas are OK 
✅ Coconut water is OK 
✅ Spring water is OK 
✅ Stay active during week two, make sure you sweat
✅ Meditate/pray daily for at least 30 minutes 
✅ Do morning and evening affirmations, and expression of gratitude for the day 
DO NOT 
❌ No sugar, or sweeteners 
❌ No oils or salt
❌ No processed foods 
❌ No cooked foods
